Refund Policy

1. Our Reseller Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method used for the purchase.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your course purchase within 14 days without giving any reason and receive a full refund. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase. This applies regardless of whether you have already started the course.

3. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, e.g. by email. Please include your name, the email address used for the purchase, the course and the date of purchase:

We will forward your withdrawal to Paddle, which processes the refund. Alternatively, you can contact Paddle directly via paddle.net. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

4. What Happens After Your Withdrawal

• You receive a full refund of all payments made for the course, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice has been received.
• The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
• Your access to the course (video lessons, homework submissions and feedback videos) is removed after the withdrawal. No certificate is issued for a withdrawn course.

5. Requests After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, purchases are not refundable, unless mandatory statutory law provides otherwise (for example, if the course cannot be provided as described). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
